Basic Information (Description):
This course takes the students to food composition, food processing, labeling, diet disease and helth, among other interested education of food. The risk and benefits of food. Meat evaluation, science processed. The student will work in labs, to learn food microbiology, food chemistry. This program will teach the students all aspects related with food.
