Admission requirements to Wellesley College is very academically rigorous. Students must submit their high school transcripts, and prove that they have pushed themselves through accelerated or advanced-level courses. Students should also take the SATs (the average score being, 700 in Verbal, 694 in Writing, and 687 in Math).

Basic Information (Description):

The BA in Classical Civilization offers students the opportunity to explore the ancient world in an integrated and cohesive way. Students are able to choose their specific concentration area among classical literature, political theory, classical tradition, or ancient philosophy. Students are required to take courses in: literature; society, history, religion and philosophy; and art and archeology. Candidates are also required to take at least four units in either Greek or Latin.
