Students seeking admission to the University must submit an application for admission, $40 application fee (non-refundable), ACT or SAT test scores. If students have not yet graduated from high school, a transcript showing all completed work may be accepted for early admission. In terms of Academic requirements, students must comply with core public university requirements, and a combination of cumulative GPA and test scores.

Basic Information (Description):

The BA in Journalism offers students the opportunity to develop their journalistic skills across media: print, broadcast, and online. Courses required for the major are: Broadcast News, News Editing and Production, Publication Editing, Public Radio Journalism, Advanced Broadcast News, Public Affairs Reporting, Feature Article Writing, Environmental Journalism, among many others.
