The Studio Art program offers students an opportunity to understand the making of art. Students are encouraged to be imaginative, creative, and `perceptive in the exploration of different visual media. Students take introductory courses in drawing and design to build the necessary foundation to the development of their art skills. They also take courses sin art history, architecture, painting, photography, printmaking, video, and sculpture. Combining the learning of technical skills with the interrelations of the many media studied and experienced.
