Admission is selective; students must demonstrate academic potential through their high school classes and grades (in the 94th percentile), as well as SAT (average 670 to 750 in the critical reading, and math from 680 to 770 average) or ACT results (average 30 to 34).
Basic Information (Description):
The BA in Dance offers students an opportunity to study choreography, composition, and dance from the theoretical and practical point of view. The program focuses on contemporary modern dance, Jump Rhythm Jazz, tap, and ballet. Students will study the human body, the music-dance relationship, and improvisation in terms of learned vocabulary for choreography and composition. The faculty is experience and well-known, which means that student will benefit from their classes and teaching.
