Application requirements for Hendrix College include: the CPC (College Preparatory Curriculum), which includes 4 units of English, 3 units of Social Studies, 2 units of Natural Sciences, 3 units of Mathematics, 2 units of Foreign Language; demonstrating rigorous academic achievement in their high school studies; and all students are encouraged to apply regardless of their religion, sexual orientation, age, race, gender, disability, or national origin.

Basic Information (Description):

The BA in Theater Arts provides students an opportunity to explore a rigorous, collaborative, and creative discipline. Students are required to take courses in Voice, Articulation, and Text Reading; Acting; Stage Movements; Script into Performance; Theater Practicum; Scenery and Lighting; Costume and Make up; History of Theater and Drama; Senior Seminar; Stage Directing; and Production Design. The major seems all-encompassing and very conducive to creativity and self-expression.
