Admission requirements to Wellesley College is very academically rigorous. Students must submit their high school transcripts, and prove that they have pushed themselves through accelerated or advanced-level courses. Students should also take the SATs (the average score being, 700 in Verbal, 694 in Writing, and 687 in Math).

Basic Information (Description):

The BA in Astronomy is intended for students who are interested in astronomy, but not for those students who would like to attend graduate school in astronomy. Students are offered an opportunity to gain experience with research project and telescopes. Students will develop an understanding of what is our place in the universe. Students are required to take courses in: Astronomy and Physics. Furthermore, students should complete all the College's requirements in order to receive the BS degree.
